寄养家庭:急救与心肺复苏标准
First Aid & CPR Florida
Becoming a licensed foster (resource) parent in Florida means providing a safe home to a child in the care of the Department of Children and Families. Among the licensing requirements: caregivers must complete CPR and first-aid certification appropriate to the ages of the children placed.
急救要求
Under Florida's foster-home licensing rules (Fla. Admin. Code Chapter 65C-45), resource parents must complete CPR and first-aid certification — covering infants, children and adults — before or within a set period around approval, from a recognized organization. Certification must be kept current while the home is licensed.
The requirement is administered by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and its contracted community-based care agencies. The certificate is one requirement in addition to the home study, background screening and the assessment of parenting suitability.
严重过敏与过敏性休克
A recognized first-aid certificate covers recognizing and responding to severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), including the use of an epinephrine auto-injector.
